Orders will be processed after the relevant order and payment information has been confirmed by MA Werkz.

Shipping availability, delivery charges, courier arrangements and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, order size and delivery location.

Where applicable, the relevant delivery information will be displayed during checkout or communicated directly to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided with the order are accurate and complete.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Requests for a return, exchange, replacement, cancellation or refund will be reviewed by MA Werkz on a case-by-case basis.

Customers who wish to make a request should contact our team and provide the relevant order details, the reason for the request and, where applicable, photographs or other supporting information.

Products should not be returned to MA Werkz without prior confirmation and return instructions from our team.

If a return, exchange, replacement or refund is approved, the applicable process, arrangement, delivery requirements and any relevant costs will be communicated directly to the customer.

Any approved refund will be processed using an appropriate method agreed or communicated by MA Werkz. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and the circumstances of the request.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.
